November Schedule

Greetings SG family! Enclosed you will find our November schedule, maximum participation from students and parents appreciated. At this point it is not mandatory for parents to sit in on class but you are always welcome to do so. We do however encourage you to participate/attend activities and events. Etiquette class tomorrow 2-3 at SWBC. TOPIC:Party Etiquette. November Events: NOVEMBER 10     WU String Orchestra Concert, 3:00p.m., White Concert Hall NOVEMBER 17     Etiquette Class NOVEMBER 24     The Opera, "A Gilbert & Sullivan's Christmas Carol" Grace Episcopal Cathedral, 3:00p.m., 701 SW 8 Ave. For the Opera and the String Concert we will meet at SWBC one hour, (2:00) prior to curtain time and leave the parking lot 15 minutes past the hour. This will allow us adequate time to wait on late arrivals as well as arrive early enough to find seating for our group. Please remember appropriate attire Men; dress slacks or Khakis, collard shirt, loafers or dress shoes. Ladies; dress, skirt and blouse (no t-shirts), dress slacks (no denim or yoga pants), heals, dress flats, boots, sandals, (no athletic shoes or flip flops). Please have students groom their hair appropriately and tend to normal hygiene practices. Have your students report to Dianna Menng with your family name and the number attending in your family at the beginning of class. Seating assignments for free events are first come first serve and so we need to get there early enough to occupy seating together. -$10 Nutcracker fee is due on or before Nov. 10. Please give payment to Mrs. Meng. She will document your family name and amount in your party attending. -Fundraiser goods will be distributed at Nov. 17 class just in time for Thanksgiving. -For those that have not joined our Facebook page (see below) PLEASE DO SO for all the latest updates.
